Gateway Student Conference Cancellation Policy

Thank you for understanding that we are only able to issue refunds for the reasons listed below. No refunds are available for students who are unable to attend due to a change of plans.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
If Gateway Student Conference is canceled due to federal or state regulations or at the direction of Gateway leadership, you will receive a full refund. If your student has contracted COVID-19 and is unable to attend, you can receive a full refund by emailing us at gwsevents@gatewaypeople.com. WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Our team has your group’s safety in mind as we host Gateway Student Conference. If we are unable to host the conference due to weather conditions, payments will be refunded. If the conference is hosted as scheduled and your group cancels or reduces numbers due to travel advisories or weather conditions, all payments are nonrefundable.

NATIONAL DISASTER CANCELLATION POLICY
A national disaster or act of terror could render us both unable to host this event and unable to refund your payment. We hire staff, purchase equipment, and rent nonrefundable items based on your reservations. Please be advised that if Gateway Student Conference is canceled due to such extraordinary circumstances, we do not guarantee a full refund. We reserve the right to refund your payment at our discretion and based on refunds we are able to procure from our vendors.
